Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, Cherish Miller!

Cherish has been a Custodian of Neat Companies for almost two years. She was nominated by her supervisor, Theresa Russell, who added,

“Custodians play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment, yet their efforts often go unnoticed. I would like to recognize Cherish this month because she does such a great job keeping each of our facilities clean. She takes pride in her work and shows excellent attention to detail. She rises to the occasion when unexpected issues come up, always staying positive with a smile on her face. I am very thankful Cherish is part of our Neat family. We appreciate all her hard work!”

Our Transportation Office Receptionist, Carol Rigney, was also quoted saying,

“The work Cherish does is very possibly the most important when it comes to a visitor’s impression of the company. She came to us with a lot of experience, and it shows. She does a top-notch job and always greets you with a friendly smile. We are very fortunate to have her here!”

Tina Thomas, our Corporate Office Receptionist, also said,

“Cherish always goes the extra mile when it comes to making sure all our locations are neat and orderly. She doesn’t cut corners because she understands a clean facility is a happy one. I’m always happy to see her come by each week. I’m very appreciative of everything she does! Thank you, Cherish!”
