Announcing the March Employee of the Month, Jarom Fewkes!

Jarom was nominated by his supervisor, Eric Weston, and is the West Logistics Manager. He joined the Neat Team in November 2024. Eric had the following to say about him, “Jarom has made an immediate impact on the Utah operation. He has absorbed a huge amount of information in a very small amount of time. He’s able to work independently and think outside the box. He doesn’t bring problems to the table, he brings solutions. Jarom has developed great relationships with the group very quickly. If he doesn’t know something, he takes the initiative to learn. He has certainly been an asset to the team.”

Kelsey Hedges, Shipping Manager, has worked closely with Jarom and said, “He is awesome to work with! He is a great guy and super nice. He is top-notch about staying in contact when it comes to West loads.”
